Sorry, due to high covid rates and the mall hours. HoloVRcade will not be accepting anymore reservations or customers until we relocate to a better suited location, outside of eastview mall. We will officially be closing temporarily 12/31/2021 at end of day, until I find a better suited location that suits my business needs and not EastView Malls. Thank you to all the supporting customers who have supported this arcade the last two years, through the pandemic. With that, I will do my best to improve the experiences in my next outing. We will focus on group play, more than what you can play generally at home, but will still have those options as a courtesy, but the primary focus will be virtual laser tag, group escape adventures and hopefully other things in the future. Thank you again to the real good customers and will keep you posted.

“Welcome to Incarna, and thank you for answering our call. Indeed, as you know, you came here as candidates to become Incarna explorers. Our organization, which is rather discreet, has discovered a parallel universe and uses virtual reality to explore it. For this monumental task, we need fresh blood: that’s you! However, we do have a few ethical standards... Before sending you like lambs to the slaughter into zones whose danger level has not been assessed, we will test you in order to make sure you are fit to become Incarna explorers. You will have 45 minutes to overcome the challenges we have set for you. This is a team trial above all, you will succeed or fail together! 3 or 4 players multiplayer

Arcade Rules,

The following rules govern your participation and/or your children/wards’ participation in any activity at Kids Rule Parties in doing business as HoloVRcade & referred as HoloVRcade.

All first-time visitors/users at HoloVRCade are required to inform a HoloVRcade staff member of your first visit and listen to and follow instructions for first time use and/or watch the HoloVRcade video before visiting.

Only one person is allowed in an arcade booth play area at a time. Injuries or damage of property, caused by your failure shall be your liability and you shall indemnify and hold harmless HolovrCade from said injuries and/or said damages. Only 1 person is allowed in any booth at one time (1 in the play area and viewers outside the boundary line.

Walls are indicated and can be seen while the headset is on, but do not attempt to run with the headset on as the animation may display slowly. Damages caused from said actions shall be your liability and you shall indemnify and hold harmless HoloVRcade said damages.

Packaged food and drinks sold at HoloVRcade may be brought into the arcade seating areas only, but are strictly prohibited in the arcade booth play area. Damages caused from any food and drinks shall be your liability and you shall indemnify and hold harmless HoloVRcade from said damages.

HoloVRcade virtual reality equipment emits radio waves that can affect the operation of nearby cardiac pacemakers or other medical devices. If you have a pacemaker or other implanted medical device, do not use HoloVRcade virtual reality equipment without first consulting your physician.

Do not use HoloVRcade virtual reality equipment if you are prone to seizures, tired under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, or suffer from anxiety. Do not use HoloVRcade virtual reality equipment if you are suffering from a cold, a flu, a headache, a migraine, an earache, or digestive problems.

We recommend consulting a physician before usage of HoloVRcade virtual reality equipment if you suffer from any serious medical condition, are pregnant, have a pre-existing binocular vision abnormalities or psychiatric disorder, suffer from a heart condition, or are elderly. Symptoms of exposure to virtual reality may persist and become more apparent hours after usage of the virtual reality equipment. If symptoms persist, consult a physician.

Immediately stop using the virtual reality equipment if you experience any feeling of discomfort. If you experience any of the following symptoms immediately stop using Holovrcade virtual reality equipment: eye strain, eye or muscle twitching, lightheadedness, seizures, nausea, loss of awareness, involuntary movements, impairment to visions, impairment to balance, impairment to hand-eye coordination, excessive sweating, increased salivation, drowsiness, fatigue, symptoms of motion sickness, discomfort in the eyes, or discomfort in the head. If discomfort persists, consult a physician.

HoloVRcade virtual reality equipment should not be used by children younger than 8 years old or shorter than 48 inches. Adults should limit the time children spend using the virtual reality equipment and ensure children take breaks from the equipment. Prolonged usage of virtual reality equipment should be avoided and may negatively impact a child’s balance, hand-eye coordination and their ability to multi-task. Adults should monitor children exposed to the virtual reality equipment for any symptoms listed above.

Disruptions to users’ virtual reality gaming sessions may take up a portion of the users’ scheduled booking time. HoloVRcade holds the right to refuse refunds or compensation for said disruptions.

HoloVRcade is not responsible and is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen personal items that occur during or after your time at HoloVRcade.

Any misconduct, including but not limited to swearing, misuse of equipment, intentional disruption of other visitors, excessive yelling, or physical altercations will result in an immediate termination of your virtual reality session at the discretion of HoloVRcade staff member.

Any damages caused to HoloVRcade virtual reality equipment by you and/or your children/ward(s) shall be your liability and you shall indemnify and hold harmless HoloVRcade from such damages.
